Introduction

Keeping the hospital environment infection free is a prime concern of any conscientious hospital management. Preventing contamination and spread of infection is an assigned responsibility of the doctors and nurses, which can never be compromised. The most common cause of high internal rate of infection in a hospital is the poor sanitization of the beddings (sheets, pillows, mattresses etc) and the clothing used by the patients.

Till now, the most commonly used methods of sanitizing bed sheets， mattresses， pillows， etc. have been ultra-violet radiation and utilization of highly compressed steam. These methods can, at best, disinfect the surfaces but have not been so effective in eradicating the deep rooted pathogens.

After following many years of extensive research, has developed KZ-X-DLI model of fully computer controlled Bed Sterilizer. This Bed Sterilizer can be an excellent facility for cross-infection control and sanitization. It can root-out infection most economically and effectively prevent the spread of diseases in a hospital environment.

The progress of OPERATION

Put the mattresses, bed clothes, bed sheets, pillows, etc. into the sealed plastic sterilization bags and then connect the ozone transport Hose.

Connect the Nozzle with Hose.

Turn on the Red Power Switch. It is ready for sterilization if lighting. (Notes: The red button upwards is ON, and downwards OFF)

MANUAL Operation for sterilization

After turn on the Power Switch, press “CHANNELS SELECT”. Then, Choose how many Channels you would like to work. The relevant lights will be lighting.

（1）The Channel lighting means Channel 1 is being turned on.

（2）The channel lighting means Channel 1 and Channel 2 are being turned on.

（3）The Channel lighting means 3 channels (Channel 1,Channel 2, Channel 3) are turned on.

After Choose the channels, press “ON/OFF”. It starts working.

The disposal-ozone time is adjustable from 1~99 minutes.

If you are not satisfied with the Default, press the relevant“△▽” to adjust the time(1~99 adjustable) . Then, Press “On/OFF” to start to sterilization.

Auto Procedure Sterilization

After turn on the Power Switch, channel 1 is lighting.

If you need to sterilize 3 beds at the same time, press “AUTO/MANUAL” to switch into Auto Procedure Program. Then , the Bed Sterilizer will start up 3 channels at once. Later, Press “ AUTO PROCEDURE”. It will enter into the whole program of sterilization.

Auto Procedure Sterilization

The bed unit has the function of Auto Procedure Sterilization. After turn on the Power Switch, you only need to press “ON/OFF”. It will enter into Vacuum—Disposal ozone– Generating maintain-— Ozone decomposition automatically. It is easy to use and no need to watch for.

The finish of Sterilization

After the whole program of sterilization is finished, It display” OP” on the relevant screen, and it will have BUZZ sounds for 3 Times.
